RECYCLE - REUSE CONTAINERS II

This is a follow up to the post I published a few weeks ago.  With the New Year, I am even more determined to  reduce our carbon footprint.  I am always looking for ways to utilize the containers that come in to our home when we purchase groceries and other products.  I would love the hear about your recycle efforts.  Share them with us!!!

Pill Containers:

Remove the sticker from container. Clean container; spray with adhesive and add tape or material

Spray the cover silver or any desired color.  This is complete; container can be used to store Q-tips or hair pins.

Tomato Containers:
If you are like me, you hate several batteries rolling around in the drawers.  Well, the tomato containers are perfect for the job.   Arrange your batteries in the container; now they will be easy to find and most of all your drawers will be much neater.

Paper Toilet Rolls
There are some many ways we can utilize paper toilet rolls around the house.  Next time you are about through one out, think again!

I used a roll and cut in the length desired then spray paint them.  For this project I painted them silver.  Add some bling on the edge and the final project is a beautiful napkin ring.

Added some bling to middle rather than the edge in this one.

How many times have you look at power cords around the house and wonder what you could do to make them look a little tidier.  Well, here is a solution for you; use a toilet paper roll.  You could even spray paint them if you would like  to disguise them.

Thank you for visiting.  I hope I can inspire you to try some diys.
